What are your rates and fees?


Bean Station Utility District Rates and Fees are as follows:

$27.00 Minimum Monthly Charge …. 0 – gallons to 1,500 gallons

Next 8,000 gallons ………………. $5.30 per 1,000 gallons

All over 9,500 gallons ……………. $4.80 per 1,000 gallons

Facility Fee: $0.46 per 1,000 gallons (All Customers)

If your bill is unpaid after the due date, a 10% late fee is accessed the next day.

If not paid within 10 days of due date, a $25.00 Delinquent Account Fee will be assessed.

The water service is subject to be removed without notice the next business day. The cost

to re-connect will be $35.00 during business hours, and $60.00 after 5:00 p.m.

No Reconnections after 6:00 p.m.

How do I pay my bill?

How long does it take service to be setup?


Once we recieve your request for new service, we can typically have you setup within 2 to 3 business days. You can setup new service by clicking here

What are the common causes of water leaks?


Leaking outside faucet or sprinkler system

Toilet valve not sealed correctly or toilet running

Leaking inside faucet such as a kitchen or bathroom sink

Leaking appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, ice maker, hvac unit, heat pump or related aplicanes.

Leak between the water meter and the house

Hot water heater leaking

Filling a swimming pool

Continuous use of water for a 24 hour period

We were incorporated on November 11th of 1959 and we have proudly served Bean Station since then. In May of 2016 we moved our offices to our current location to be able to expand and serve our community better into the future.
